Shawn is so polite and friendly, talking to him during our process felt like talking to an old friend. He made us comfortable and was consistent with communicating everything he needed from us.
Simply an exemplary refi experience! Shawn is a credit to VU!!
Shawn always called me back when I left a message.
Two totally different experiences. Buying a home was great. Refinancing with Veterans United was one of the worst experiences I've had dealing with real estate. Very disorganized, would not recommend this to anyone. They use a cheap on call lawyer system that is incredibly unorganized and unprofessional.
Response from Veterans United
Clayton, thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent loan experience. We strive to be consistent with the process with our veterans. Loans can be different than other loans with factors added in. Our main goal is to make the process as less stressful as possible. If you feel the need to share more about your experience please feel free to contact our client advocate team to discuss. Thank you again for your service to our country.
Shawn Workman once again did an outstanding job with our loan needs. Great communication, making sure we understood all the loan details and taking the time to answer all of our questions.
