They were great. I think the app was relied upon a little too much instead of communicating directly, but it was painless and easy. I don't know who chose the title company, because I did not. But they gave an initial estimate of their charges to VU, but charged me nearly double of their estimate. Not VU's fault, but they chose them.

Rob and the whole team we interacted with at Veterans United were wonderful! It's easy to find horror stories of peoples' troubles and hardships during the home-buying process. While I would sometimes be left in frustrating positions waiting on answers, it is also understandable due to holidays. Other than that, the team I worked with did an excellent job with providing solutions and helping me overcome any hurdles we came across. Overall it was a good experience.
