Tim Spears
Branch Manager Tim Spears is a U.S. Army Veteran who served as an Infantry Team Leader while stationed at Fort Stewart, GA. He served active duty from 2005 to 2009 which included a 15 month deployment to Arab Jabour, Iraq. Tim medically retired from active duty in November of 2009 after being injured. As a mortgage lender, Tim’s work ethic makes him stand out from others in the industry. He takes great pride in everything he does and will do anything he can to provide the best customer service possible to all of his borrowers. He treats each of his clients like family and is honored to help make their dreams a reality. In his down time, Tim and his wife, Taryn, enjoy fishing, boating, sports and spending time with family and friends.

Tim Spears is the best! This is our second home working with him and his team through the loan process. Always quick to get me the answer I need and if he didn't know he would go find out. I will always recommend him to all my active duty and veterans friends.
