The team was phenomenal. There were a lot of issues we ended up going through two houses and a title company from hell and Tim and Suzanne were just amazing!They stayed on top of everything. Their directions were clear and concise. They made everything easy. Their communication was timely if I ever sell this house and go to purchase another one I will 100% be asking for Tim and Suzanne. They are the ultimate dynamic duo!
You will not find a better organization to work with. The process is made easy and they keep you in the loop throughout. At no time will you feel like you don't know what's going on. I will use them and recommend them every time, because it doesn't get any easier; I can tell you from experience, because Shawn has been my Loan Officer for the second time.
