The team was phenomenal. There were a lot of issues we ended up going through two houses and a title company from hell and Tim and Suzanne were just amazing!They stayed on top of everything. Their directions were clear and concise. They made everything easy. Their communication was timely if I ever sell this house and go to purchase another one I will 100% be asking for Tim and Suzanne. My experience with Shawn was great. It took one call I'm in FL n he's in GA. I had my stuff together told him what I was looking to do. I listened I learned, took a lil advice, and I'm so grateful /thankful for what was accomplished with Shawn, his company n myself.
