It was the best choice we made to apply and move forward with VU. The whole process was done online, easy, and so efficient. They are very professional and will treat their costumers with the outmost respect. If you are a Veteran and still thinking about a lender, don't. VU is the best.
The under writing needs to be more streamlined. There were to many last minute needed items that had no real bearing on the home purchase.

Kelly was great. Once we were handed off the Lisa, it was not a pleasant experience. This process became more stressful than it should have due to her lack of coordination, communication and time management. I had to reach out to Lisa the day before our expected closing since we hadn’t heard from her, only to find we still needed 4 items. She never reached out to us. It was extremely disappointing and frustrating working with Lisa.

Kelsey Riggs and her team provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. While home buying is often notorious for being difficult and full of obstacles, they made the entire process streamlined and stress-free.
