The entire process from start to finish was extremely easy. The staff are incredibly helpful and very friendly. The portal aspect is awesome. Aaron was amazing worked to get me a decent rate and terms. There, was some confusion when other staff got involved. Once they had everything clear to close, everyone evaporated and didn’t hear much from anyone after that. Aaron sent me a text when the property closed. Waiting for further instructions so I can start paying the bill.
This was the easiest experience while searching for a house. All of my team was very responsive and able to answer all of my questions. I was well taken care of and never felt lost during this process. They were always available and very knowledgeable.
