Working with Danny Reyna and his team at Veterans United was truly exceptional. From day one, Danny made the entire homebuying process smooth and clear, — even while we were handling everything remotely. His communication, guidance, and patience were unmatched.Honestly, none of this would have been possible without him and his incredible team. They went above and beyond for us every single step of the way.If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares, understands the VA loan process inside and out, and will treat your situation with priority and professionalism, Danny is the one.100/10 — absolutely recommended.
Highly recommended!
It was easy. No complications, which is what I like, because I have no time and no patience for unnecessary petty stuff.
Loved working with veterans united. Will look forward to working with them again in the future.

Notary appointment was unpredictable that prolonged signung.
Nick Bruno and Sam Miller were so helpful throughout the whole loan process it was unbelievable , very patient and they walk you through the entice process until the closing and continue to offer support afterwards, thanks Veterans United.!!!
This is the 2nd time we have used Veterans United to purchase a home under the VA home loan program. Just like the 1st time, they were able to get us approved while other National competitors told us no. Our loan officer did an outstanding job with follow-ups and keeping us informed. He and his team led us on every step of the way. Veterans United with make you home buying journey a pleasant one.

I very rarely post a review about any product or service. The experience with Veterans United Home Loans has been truly refreshing. From the start of the process to the end, the support from the staff (Scott and Annie) has been refreshing. All communication has been professional and timely and any questions that came up were handled promptly. My wife and I would recommend them without any reservations.
My husband (Tim) and I started working with Veterans United over a year ago when we started prep partying for an out-of-state move. Our plans were delayed for many months and we didn't follow up on things. Then, earlier this year, I was reminded of them after seeing videos of them paying off mortgages for a dozen or so veterans this past Veterans Day. I cried through each one as I witnessed the company's mission and culture in action. When we finally found the house," the Veterans United team made it incredibly easy to update our information and generate a same-day pre-approval letter. We worked with Danny K. and his team (Brian) who have been awesome. They communicated regularly and clearly to make sure that we knew what was required from us each step of the way. We were so appreciative of how quickly the team responded to voice messages and emails when we had questions... and I had LOTS of questions! When we had delays in closing due to the seller, Danny helped us with our interest rate lock extension and explained how that affected our situation. Danny and his Veterans United team were always professional, caring, and attentive to our needs as borrowers. I am happy to refer people, because of the excellent service we've experienced. Danny's team knows how to actually SERVE his clients and how to understand their needs, and that's a rare quality nowadays. A big THANK YOU! Tim & Sandi Aldridge, happy homeowners
I am a first-time home buyer and essentially had no clue about anything. Billy Abney and his team were wonderful and did everything they could to help me understand the process and to make it as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Veterans United and Billy's team.
I had several delays with closing. I get that it happens but found the team working with Wesley Earl to not be proactive in their communication. I also asked for a lower rate since the fed cut rates and was told no. Not sure I’d recommend again. Our first home with VU was great.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Raquel,
I appreciate you taking the time to share this. Closing delays are stressful, and I’m sorry you felt like the communication wasn’t as proactive as it should have been. That’s not the experience I want you to have, especially after things went so smoothly with your first home.
I also hear your frustration about the rate. I know how quickly things can shift when the Fed announces changes, and I’m sorry the options available at the time didn’t line up with what you were hoping for.
I’d really like to look into what happened here and see where expectations may have gotten off track. If you’re open to it, please reach out to me so I can take a closer look. You can call 1-800-212-5200 or email ClientAdvocate@vu.com. My team is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, and messages outside those hours are usually answered the next business day.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
