I thought everyone was beyond helpful going out of their way to help us. I truly thank all of my loan team. My only improvement was there was a little confusion when getting documents sent between me, the realtor, and the va. However thats to be expected we are all in different states different time zones we adapted to it.
Jake and his team were a pleasure to work with and made my usually complicated process very easy! Everybody was so friendly they made me feel like family!
