Coming in late to the game after we had made an offer on the home because I had a different lender that was difficult to work with and catching up as quick as you and your team did, I'm absolutely grateful to have met you through our realtor. I do not think that everything would have gone as smooth as it did from that point forward if I had not switched to you. Everything was stress free and streamlined and we have never closed on time in our prior home purchases with other companies but yall had everything ready and we closed as planned no delays!
