Everything was fine for the most part. The only concern I had was some of the paperwork didn’t get updated until the last minute. This led to confusion over us providing a down payment, which needed more paperwork. This all occurred after cleared to close and led to delays in the final underwriting process. It did not affect our final timeline, but definitely added more stress at the end.
Cole and his team were AMAZING! They helped my husband and I purchase our new beautiful home. He listened to what I needed and responded quickly! We are so grateful and would be happy to recommend him without reservation!!

What a great experience! They make it so easy with the app. No more having to fax tons of pages of information, just take a photo of the necessary documents and upload them. The app “to do” list keeps your tasks at your fingertips. The staff we dealt with were kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We went from toying with buying a new home to closing in less than 2 months. I will definitely tell our friends about Veterans United.
